About Us
Ball of Madley Ltd has been trading in agricultural commodities for over 40 years and importing lump rock salt for over 30. We have imported salt from over 10 different countries world wide and are now importing the best salt we have found, sourced in the foot hill of the Himalayas.
We deal directly with the mine owner and have a tight control over the mining and packaging procedure, our partners are UFAS assured. We can trace every bag that is sold, from when it was mined/shipped and delivered. We have personally visited mines to ensure the conditions of the workers.
We are based in Hereford, where we have stocks of 500-1000 tonne of salt, all stored in a warehouse facilty. We regulary attend livestock markets around the country and also promote the salt at Agricultural shows.
Deliveries within a 100mile radius are delivered on our own small trucks, or depatched through the Palletforce delivery system under a 3 day service.
